A Message to Our Community

Company Update

This is to inform you that, after nearly 40 years of dedicated service to our community and the building industry, the directors, Gerard and Arthur Caruana, have decided to retire. As such, the Wincrest Board has made the decision to begin the process of closing the company and its primary building operations from today onwards in a responsible and orderly fashion.

Over the years, the Wincrest brand has constructed over 5,600 homes for families throughout Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, and the Southern Highlands. From modest project homes to custom luxury homes, we are very proud to have helped many families create their dream home.

We understand that this news may come as a surprise to many, and we want to assure you that we are committed to fulfilling all our existing obligations, including:

● Completion of Ongoing Projects in Construction: We will diligently work to complete any current projects as per the agreed-upon timelines and specifications.

● Warranty: We acknowledge the importance of ongoing support and will ensure that all our warranty obligations continue to be fulfilled as per the relevant statutory regulations.

● Client, Supplier, and Subcontractor Support: We will maintain a dedicated contact point to address any questions or concerns you may have during this transition period.

The Wincrest team and the extended Caruana family sincerely appreciate your continued support throughout the years. We are grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in Wincrest.
