Design

Yes there are.

Wincrest Homes has up-to-date knowledge of council requirements and restrictions throughout Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter.

All property requirements are ‘site specific’ and will vary depending upon the following: Council Area, DCP & LEP, 149 certificate (land use and zoning), 88b and DP requirements, Land restrictions, Covenants.

Whether you’ve got ideas sketched on paper or complete architecturally drawn plans, we will work with you from beginning to end, to make sure your new home is the one you’ve always dreamed of.

Yes you do.

Our experience and knowledge of developer design guidelines throughout Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter, means we will ensure all guidelines are met with a minimum of fuss. If you are building in an area which has specific design guidelines – all plans, external colours and Landscape Design (if applicable) are submitted for review / approval (by the Developer) prior to Council / CDC approval.

Our Senior New Home Consultant can discuss with the requirements of your particular block. Together with our In-house architectural drafting team we will suggest the best way maximise the land without compromising on your home.

Sales

Yes we do.

For a minimal fee, Wincrest Homes will prepare a fixed price tender of your chosen design on your site.

Included in your fee is a site inspection, a site drawing and a copy of your 149 certificate, DP, and the 88B for the property and a tender. The 149 and 88B are certificates that let you know the restrictions that have been placed on your block by land developers and councils. With this information our Senior New Home Consultants will be able to assess whether your property is able to be approved under Complying Development Code (CDC) or Council. Under CDC your home can be approved as fast as 60 days!

Approval times will vary. Our team will liaise with the relevant council assessor to ensure your plans are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Yes there is.

CDC (Complying Development Certificate) is a Government initiative aimed at making the approval process much simpler and faster. Those building a new home with CDC have reported significant reductions in approval turnaround times and a decrease in overall costs due to time saved.

Most homes, in most council areas, can be built using a Wincrest Quickstart CDC. Your Wincrest New Home Consultant can advise if you are eligible.

Interior Decorator/Colour Consultant

All of your inclusions can be personalised to suit your home and your lifestyle. This can be discussed with our Colour Consultant/Interior Decorator at your appointment.

Once you have accepted your tender and made the decision for Wincrest Homes to build your dream home, you will receive your personalised Colour Information Pack. We encourage you to visit product display centres to view the vast range of products available. Our qualified Colour Consultant/Interior Decorator will contact you to arrange a Colour Consultation appointment and will guide you through all selections including external and internal colours, finishes and specifications.

Construction

Yes you can.

At the commencement of construction, you are personally allocated a Senior Building Supervisor and a Senior Client Liaison. Wincrest Homes believe that it’s essential that you have direct contact with both your Senior Building Supervisor and your Senior Client Liaison. This is quite possibly the largest and most important purchase you will make in your lifetime, by having direct contact with your individually appointed team, Wincrest clients are able to sleep easy knowing their home is in capable and experienced hands.

Yes we do.

We have a Senior Building Supervisor dedicated to the construction of your new home. At Wincrest we limit the number of homes our supervisors manage throughout the entire construction phase. This ensures that our Building Supervisors can focus on the high standard of quality demand be met on all of our homes, within the allocated time frames.
