This home builder was inspired to knock down and rebuild after observing us construct one of their neighbour’s new homes.
Seeing what could be accomplished, they set out to create a dream home of their very own. The final design our team crafted was sleek and sophisticated. Bold finishes, modern lines and a high raked ceiling took this home to another level.
This design was all about space, and we weren’t going to waste an inch.
Every corner of this well-considered floorplan has been designed with efficiency in mind. Four large bedrooms, three bathrooms and two open living areas provide a perfect balance of privacy and togetherness for all the family. The talking-piece is the huge alfresco area complete with outdoor kitchen, fit for even the most serious of entertainers.
