Built in the early 70's the original brick home was lovingly maintained by just two owners. Whilst the home needed some updating, the location was the key, close to transport, university, shops and private schools.
The new owners decided it was a perfect time to consider a knock down rebuild. When they bought the land, they knew there was a possibility of endangered species on the site, but what they didn’t realise the actual impact that this was going to have on what they could and couldn’t build. With experience in dealing with councils and challenging sites, it was an obvious choice to select Wincrest Bespoke to build their dream home. Everyone was happy as the end result was a design that included everything they wanted taking into account all of the specifications.
Beauty, style and functionality blend seamlessly into the light-filled interior with a fluent layout.
With three bathrooms, luxurious styling, main with shower and separate bath, guest bath cleverly doubles as a powder room, 4 large upstairs bedrooms and a fifth guest bedroom/home office downstairs; there is plenty of space for all.
The homes exterior will capture you with its clean lines, square look and contrasting mix of timber and modern façade.
"When we bought the block, we knew there was a possibility of endangered species on the block. What we didn’t realise was the impact that was going to have on the build. After meeting with Wincrest Bespoke we gave them criteria of what we would like to be designed and they came back with the most amazing design that filled everything that we asked for, and met all the difficult council and DA specifications."
