Most people believe that their building block is totally level but in reality most have some sort of slope from front to rear or from side to side.
Many home builders won’t build on land with a fall of between two to four metres.
In fact we believe a sloping block can present opportunities for creative design, factoring in the slope, including split level plans. Many of the knock down rebuild
projects we undertake have sloping blocks
, so for our team it is not a problem.
A sloping block will often require a custom design, another service available with our team. They will work closely with you to ensure the accommodation, living areas and overall design you want are achieved.
The same applies to narrow blocks which are prevalent in many suburbs where we undertake knock down rebuilds.
