Sutherland Shire boasts some of Sydney's most beautiful outlooks, and this amazing block is no exception. Perched high on an elevated streetscape, our task was to create a stunning modern home that would take full advantage of the amazing surrounds.
The significant slope of the land was one many builders declined to touch, but our designers were all too happy to rise to the challenge.
Split level homes offer amazing opportunities to create unique and innovative layouts. This home positions the four large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top entry level, leaving the entire bottom floor for the family room and kitchen, perfect for entertaining.
This then spills out onto a glorious alfresco area overlooking the pool, yard and surrounding area.
The modern bathrooms are sophisticated and functional, boasting quality fixtures and contemporary styling at every turn.
The four large bedrooms provide ample space for a growing family, along with a media room for the kids and generous living areas for rest and relaxation.
We left no stone unturned in our goal of creating a truly beautiful and functional home that would provide joy and comfort for years to come.
