The classy, understated facade of this home hides some very impressive construction feats on this challenging build.
The steep 4.8m drop of this battle-axe block proved no obstacle to our team realising this home’s true potential. Cleverly utilising the steep grade of the land, our designers were able to envision a design that would offer optimum use of the space while celebrating the amazing water views to the rear.
By placing the double garage at the rear of the property, the living areas were provided with the largest area possible on the top entry-level.
The result is a wonderful open living space that drinks in the natural light and provides scenic views to not one but two levels of this spectacular home.
