For Mandy and her family they loved the area but were growing out of the home fast.
With the stunning waterways of middle harbour on one side and the scenic surrounds of Garigal National Park on the other their block presented a lot of fall. With 2m fall over the building envelope and 11m fall from front to rear, they found it difficult to find a builder who had the expertise to design and build their dream home on such a step block. Upstairs, the family is luxuriously catered for, with generous accommodation, an additional living/rumpus room and stunning main bedroom featuring a cleverly designed ensuite. The outdoor entertainers' balcony and built in BBQ was a must have for this family so they could enjoy the with lovely district views with family and friends.
